To my brother William Cole, the manors of Congrebury, Predy, Batcombe and Sandford cun Marisco, also my mansion house of Nailsea and the the farm of Bellerica in Nalsey, which I bought of Will: Vanne, gent.
To my wife Anne lying now very sick and weak, £400 a year, upon her discharging her jointure.
My kinsman Richard Collins. My brother William Collins a ring with a death`s head, and to my sister Collins a diamond ring given me by my brother Benjamin. To my son in law, Alexander Popham esq, a gold seal ring and to his wife a jewel of gold wherein his picture is cut.
